    Delicious. Everyone loved it. I used topside, omitted the bay leaves and parsley, and substituted dried thyme for fresh. It was pretty easy to chop and chuck everything in the Instapot in the morning to come home to a delicious dinner after work. Served with boiled potatoes and steamed broccoli. A definite repeat.
