Chicken legs with carrots, potatoes, and apricots from Hot Sheet: Sweet and Savory Sheet Pan Recipes for Every Day and Celebrations (page 84) by Olga Massov and Sanaë Lemoine

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Can substitute prunes or dried figs for dried apricots, and fresh lemon juice for preserved lemons.

A nice comfort-food dish, and quite tasty when you get a bite with everything in it, but not especially exciting. I'd make it again if I had everything on hand and needed something fairly easy for dinner. I think I might like it a little more with prunes than I did with apricots - my dried apricots were fairly bland.
