Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute canned red kidney beans for canned pinto beans, and polenta for coarse cornmeal. Can use the "Vegan butter" recipe on page 272.

    Easier than I expected and super impressive for a dinner party. Also extremely delicious! But like most recipes in this book it's so many ingredients, and acquiring king oyster mushrooms isn't easy (I used them and shiitake from M&S mixed punnet).
