    Cheated by using jarred fire roasted peppers. Also lightly toasted the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat. Everything came together easily. A family favorite and one I’ll be making again to pair with grilled meats and veg.

    Straightforward and tasty version of this dish. In the future might do a double batch to make it more blender friendly for a smoother texture and my own convenience, but really no notes
