Fattoush from Zaytinya: Delicious Mediterranean Dishes from Greece, Turkey, and Lebanon (page 94) by José Andrés

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Bright, colorful, flavorful. Fair amount of chopping, but the chopping is 95% of the work.

Served as part of a cookbook dinner. The fattoush is bright and lively. Great eye appeal and the flavors fresh and crisp. The vinaigrette is well balanced and compliments the flavors well. Would definitely make again.

A very nice rendition of one of my favorite salads. I skipped the pomegranate seeds as they’re out of season here but added hearts of palm and avocado. The dressing offers zip to the salad, and is not too sweet.
