    I made this falafel. It tasted delicious, but I did run into some issues. -lack of specification of amount of herbs to add -only the first dozen falafel successfully fried, the rest fell apart as they hit the oil. I suspect it’s because of moisture content -imo, deep frying is quite the endeavor for a home cook All of the issues could have been addressed with better instructions.
