    We loved this. Served it as a side dish with flounder and then again with salmon and it was fantastic. The flavors worked so well together. Increased the garlic slightly. The tahini sauce really wonderful with the lentils. We turned the leftovers into lentil soup using homemade vege broth and thinned out the leftover tahini sauce to drizzle on top. It was another great meal.

    Ugly, but delicious vegan lentil dish. This made a nice hearty meal for a chilly day. Will repeat.
