    This has become one of my favorite loaf cakes. I buy bags of spelt flour just to bake it. I am not sure why, but this simple cake is so delicious. Agree with another poster that the authors write great recipes.

    This was so rich and delicious! The flavor was simple but the cake was so buttery and satisfying.
