    I used crunchy natural peanut butter and baked mine using convection and with an extra sprinkle of Maldon. I was able to get 19 cookies using a red (size 24) disher. Disregard baking for 18 minutes or your cookies will likely burn. I took my first batch out at 15 minutes and they quickly crisped up and were not cragy in appearance. The second batch I took out at 10 minutes because I want something a bit softer, which I prefer. That was the way to do it. They held their shape and taste very peanuty.
