    Wow, I'm not usually satisfied with just one cookie but this recipe for 2 really is 2 servings. For a 2.5inch cookie it packs a rich chocolate flavor and feels heavy. Used mixed chips as a sub. Very soft, verging on under baked, but quite nice when warm.

    Made the full size recipe version and loved it. Swapped 2/3 of the dark chocolate for white chocolate, which turned out great, but I think the original recipe would be good too. Great cookie consistency — chewy with crisp edges
