    This was good, because, well, cheese. But outside of that is was nothing spectacular. It tasted better reheated the next day and piping hot, so it might make a good potluck or holiday make-ahead and re-heat casserole. Overall kind of bland, though I did reduce the salt. I do not understand what the butternut squash brought to the dish other than a false sense of security that there was some healthy veg in with all that saturated fat. If I made it again, I'd probably swap out the pasta for broccoli or similar.
