Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Excellent results. Perfect cold weather soup/stew with rounded flavor profile that should please most people. Good use of pork ribs. Added a bay leaf as well. Will reduce the time to 35 min next time because some of the beans were too soft. Pork ribs were falling off the bone tender. Served with tartine using baguette slices topped with cottage cheese, leftover pico de gallo and skirt steak.
