Peanuttiest blondies from Baking - From My Home to Yours (page 119) by Dorie Greenspan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

These were great. I pulled them from the oven a few minutes early because I thought the edges were getting overcooked, but they ended up being moist and chewy throughout. Despite the recipe title, these were actually pretty chocolatey, especially since I used semisweet vs. milk chocolate. Not a problem for me, though, since I love peanut and chocolate together! I thought the cinnamon flavor was too strong when I ate one warm from the oven but liked it better once the blondies fully cooled. I skipped lining the pan with foil since I wasn't super-concerned about how the blondies would look after cutting. They don't stick overly much to the pan but using foil would have allowed for neater slicing.
