    The meatballs were decent with a mix of lamb and beef. I chose to cook the meatballs separately since the recipe did not indicate which type of rice to use. (I questioned the 15 minute cook/15 minute rest time and envisioned overdone meatballs and pasta and barely done rice.) I ended up cooking long grain white rice mostly, then throwing the pasta in, unfortunately without enough extra water. The pasta stuck horribly to the skillet. It tasted good, but was no one pot wonder.
