    Can substitute red onions and garlic for shallots, paprika for smoked paprika, other long pasta for pappardelle, and Kashmiri red chili powder or Aleppo pepper for red pepper flakes.

    This was super easy to make and delicious.

    Did not have papardelle, used flat Chinese egg noodles. Added peas for more colour. Not bad, needed more salt, so finish with some flaky salt for crunch! Would try again with papardelle.
