    These biscotti are impressive. Nice crunch, not hard. Great flavour. I also added orange zest & refrigerated the dough for 30 min. The logs did spread quite a bit & added 10 min to the first bake. Will need to get better at making the logs solid to avoid any cracking. Will be making these again.

    Very nice biscotti. Easier to form log after 30 minutes rest in fridge
