    Delicious! Interesting vegan potato salad with lots of herbs, capers, and cornichons. Visually appealing too. Next time I might lightly chop the capers since they tended to hang out on the bottom of the bowl more than cling to the potatoes. I used about 40% more chives and dill than the recipe calls for. Used grape seed oil instead of rapeseed.
