    Very good flavored seasoning on the lamb chops, though a bit salty. I found that 4 minutes on medium high and then flip for 3 more minutes was good for medium rare. I added coarsely chopped radicchio and increased the carrots (~3/4 cup each) to up the vegetable content of the bulgur dish. This veggie/bulgur dish is excellent accompaniment for a seared meat, because the meat can be seared during the final 10 minutes while the bulgur steams off heat.
