    Not bad, though I prefer the standard Caesar dressing with anchovies to this tahini dressing. My chickpeas never got crispy despite an extra 15 mins in the oven. I did dry them well before roasting but I think in future I'll let them air dry for hours before roasting and see if that helps. The fennel seed croutons were great.
