Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Tasty cake and not overly complicated for a layer cake. I've made it twice now and probably will again. It's not overwhelmingly lemon-y - I almost wished I'd added more lemon, in fact.

    this cake wasn't too fussy - well relatively, we are talking about a layer cake here...Layers of raspberry preserves and lemon buttercream decorated simply with a little coconut.
