Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I followed the recipe with a couple of substitutions—using regular avocado oil and Meyer lemon juice instead of lime juice and coconut oil. I had been concerned it might be too spicy for my husband, but it turned out not to be spicy at all. While one reviewer called these the best chicken wings they’d ever had, I wouldn’t go that far. They’re good, but the recipe does call for ingredients that aren’t typically found in a standard American kitchen. I wasn’t sure what the roasted jasmine rice with lime leaf powder added to the recipe. It didn’t make much of an impact for me, and I don’t think it’s worth making again.
