    I used about a pound and a half salmon fillet since the dinner was just for my husband and me. Cooked the fish about 5 minutes longer because it was a thick fillet. I have never used amba before but was a surprisingly delicious condiment, not sweet despite the pickled mango as the main ingredient, reminiscent of an Indian curry.
