Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was really delicious. The chicken was good and the roasted vegetables were great. Like the other reviewer, I didn't think there was enough toum. I'd make double or triple the amount next time as my kids stopped eating the chicken as soon as we ran out. I served this with brown rice/barley as a side. I love Adeena's cookbooks and this recipe was a great start.

    I added cauliflower and didn’t roast apples, which I don’t love. Very good but my only comment is that I made the mayonnaise mix per the recipe but there was no additional toum to put on the side. There was just enough to cover the chicken only. Very good-just not enough!
