    I think I made a mistake as the final texture was soup instead of risotto. Maybe it was the orzo I used, which is egg based, and it absorbed less liquid? I liked the flavors and am willing to try this again, especially because others have not noted any problems with the recipe.

    A winner. Made a great Spring dinner with grilled salmon. Flavourful and easy. Added some basil to garnish.

    Toasted the orzo first and grilled all the veggies. Springy and delicious.
