Can substitute other hot sauce for Tabasco sauce, cheddar cheese or the "Chile con queso" recipe on page 198 for Jack cheese, guacamole for avocados, and bolillos for torpedo rolls. Can use the "Refried beans" recipe on page 204, and the "Salsa verde" recipe on page 219.
