Allow to marinate for 2 hours, or overnight. Can substitute sauerkraut for kimchi, marmalade for honey, sticky rice for steamed rice, tinned pineapple for fresh pineapple, and kale or other dark/green leafy vegetables for cavolo nero. See recipe for optional bird's eye chilli add-in.
