Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Delightful. Recipe makes a large batch of compote, and it’s really delicious. My only changes were to use currants rather than raisins, and to sauté the garlic briefly with the zucchini and leeks, rather than using it raw. Lovely dish.
