    Frozen plum tomatoes from a friend made this delicate pasta work well. No zucchini yet, added marinated artichoke hearts for zing, parsley and garlic chives in place of basil, green garlic stalk instead of cloves of storage garlic. Brown rice macaroni (Tinkyada), frozen petite peas, pecorino grated on top. T really liked as a change from tomato sauce.
