    This was a big hit! My friends son caught his first ever fish and called for help cooking it. It was a monster jewfish, over 2kg so we wrapped it in baking paper and alfoil and cooked it in the bbq. After 30 mins it was done and we topped it with the aromatics and scalded with the oil producing a restaurant worthy sauce. All it needed was some rice on the side, but stir fryed greens would also be welcome. Would definitely make it again but add some chilli
