    After making the Lemon Custard Ice Cream from this cookbook I had lots of egg whites leftover and decided to try this angel food cake and I am very glad that I did. The lemon oil in the cake gives it a nice subtle lemon flavor and the lemon glaze gives it a real lemon punch. Paired with the Lemon Custard Ice Cream it is a lemon lover's dream dessert.
