Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a good refreshing salad for the winter. I could not find Treviso, so I sub in in thinly sliced fennel. We were not a fan of the ricotta with it but I think it would be great with feta or goat cheese. I will make it again and repeat the fennel and change up the cheese.

    This was nice, didn't add pomegranate seeds though they would have been nice, and didn't have nice ricotta so swapped for stratciatella which I preferred.
