    simple and easy to make but very flavorful and delicious! also omited the fennel and simplified dressing (used EVOO instead)

    What a great slaw. Crisp and refreshing. Didn't have fennel, so I just omitted it. Think this would also be good with raisins or dried cranberries. I question the serving size, it seems the quantities would make a salad for more than 1.
