    Delicious! I used (homemade) rough puff pastry I’d had in my freezer and replaced the potatoes with cauliflower, which I sautéed and then gently finished with the leeks. Used less crème fraîche (1/4c) and less cheese (~125g) than the recipe called for because that’s what I had, but can’t say I missed either. Will make again!
