    Made this last night using salmon fillet instead. The slaw was really delicious and zingy and complimented the fish. Easy to make. I prepared the veggies for the slaw and using my clean hands mushed them up a little just to release some of the juices... not too much for about 15 seconds .. then, I added the dressing. Served with a little brown rice on the side. Will most definitely make this again... The slaw was the highlight of this meal.
