    Weird cake.. very sweet. Basically a sweet mayonnaise based concoction... couldn't believe it needed 450ml of olive oil. Took one and a half hours to cook. But it is exceptionally moist. Probably needs a dark chocolate ganache as a frosting to cut against the sweetness.
