Patricia's gazpacho (Gazpacho al estilo de Patricia) from Made in Spain: Spanish Dishes for the American Kitchen by José Andrés and Richard Wolffe

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Will need to re-try this one with farmer’s market tomatoes. Grocery store romas didn’t do it.

This recipe is very good. I have tried this recipe and another of his gazpacho recipe. I like this one a lot it is creamy and delicious. It reminded me of the ones eaten in Spain. That said I really liked the variation where you blanch the onions and garlic and then shock in ice water before blending too.
