Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We really enjoyed this and will make again. I needed the higher amount of curry powder and did not find that the flavors intensified with time so I'm glad I was generous.

    This is an interesting flavor combination - tuna, curry and creme fraiche?!? At first I wasn't sure what I thought but it's growing on me!

    Per Greenspan's suggestion, I made this spread not as an hors d'oeuvre, but as a sandwich filling for lunches. Very nice with the suggested lettuce and tomato on toast! I used the full amount of cream suggested, but want to try it with crème fraiche next round.
