Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I was intrigued by the idea of using potato chips as a shortcut for making a potato tortilla, but this was just OK (rats!). Once cooked in the tortilla, the potato chips had a mealy texture and a flavor vibe that reminded me of baking soda. I used good quality, medium-thickness, organic potato chips - maybe thick-cut chips would have been better? Easy to make. Using a well-seasoned 8-inch cast iron skillet worked well - no sticking and no excessive crust formation. Needed more cooking time than specified in the recipe to set. I don't think I'll make this again...
