    I agree with the previous comments that it needs fresh, potent curry. It also needs a fair amount of salt. It was an easy meal that can be prepped a little ahead. I would make it again on a weeknight because it was so simple and healthy, but probably not for company.

    Very good quick, healthy weeknight recipe. It's a mildly flavored dish, but it works with the sweetness of the peas and peppers. I do recommend using good, fresh curry powder, as it's the only seasoning. I find myself returning to this recipe fairly frequently when I'm not up for a lot of prep work or shopping, since I usually have the ingredients on hand.

    I was just a little disappointed in this one, but wondered if I had over-filled the parcel. I have another package in the fridge ready to try for lunch, so perhaps that one will work a little better. Despite the curry, I found the flavours just a touch bland - maybe add a little garlic? not sure I'll keep this in the repertoire.

    This was an extremely easy weeknight meal that made the kitchen smell lovely. It didn't knock our socks off, but Mr. Nightshade said he'd be fine to have it again. I would make it again if all I had in the fridge was chicken breast, peas, onions and peppers. Otherwise, I'd go to an Indian cookbook.
