    This was a good idea, hubby and boys loved it. I used three Biscoff cookies and they nicely balanced the tang of the crème fraiche. Served with rice and broccoli for a lovely dinner.

    Delicious, easy recipe. I wasn't sure about the sweet cookies in a chicken dish, but it worked! They were nice with the tangy creme fraiche. I used Trader Joe's speculoos cookies, and they were perfect. I might adapt this with different flavors in the future; tarragon and chives in place of the speculoos would probably be good.
