Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Absolutely agree with Genscooking. I didn’t have it in me to juice the carrots so I bought the juice, and I don’t think it added much to the dish. Could not find monkfish so did scallops. The bacon really does add to it.

    Tasty, but not worth the purchase of the large jug of carrot juice sold in our market. Bacon was good on the scallops. Nice served on bed of steamed spinach. Another non-carrot sauce could do the job.
