Mediterranean swordfish with frilly herb salad from Around My French Table: More Than 300 Recipes from My Home to Yours (page 297) by Dorie Greenspan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Found just what I was searching for in this recipe, easy & enjoyable.

Very easy marinade for the fish and a quick sear in a pan. I skipped the onions in the marinade so the flavors were lemon, capers, piment d'Espelette and rosemary. Classic French marinade. I served it with Lemon barley pilaf and Tomatoes Provencal, two of her suggested side dishes.

This is my favorite way to make swordfish. The marinade / sauce as well as the herb salad is perfect for the heft of swordfish. Love it!

This wasn't a winner for me. The fish is marinated in raw onion, and then sauced with the warmed up marinade. Essentially you are flavouring the fish with raw onion, which for me isn't a good thing.
