Spiced butter-glazed carrots from Around My French Table: More Than 300 Recipes from My Home to Yours (page 335) by Dorie Greenspan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious accompaniment to pot roast and scalloped potatoes. I added lots of extra carrots so the spice was subtle but there. Tasted delicious the next day too. Would make again.

Very nice, carrots are inherently sweet, no need to glazed it with OJ or honey like most other glazed carrot recipes.

Easy and lovely. The children had no complaints about the flavours.

I loved these and Spencer quite liked them. The cardamom and ginger gives it a nice Indian flavour, but the butter makes it perfectly French. Great side!
