Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A very nice buttery waffle. Didn't get quite the puffiness I wanted, but I used gluten free flour so that's expected. I put in some chopped bacon as well, which also didn't help the lightness. Quite tasty.

    Finally a waffle recipe that is crisp and light! Doesnt make much so plan to increase by 50% next time. No butter needed in the iron. When using salted butter dont add any salt.

    the heavy cream is for the topping, not for the waffle itself very easy to make and so tasty.....i think i have found my go-to waffle recipe now
