    Made this for Christmas and it was great! This recipe's technique of baking the meringues is much easier to make and serve than the poaching method I've tried in the past. My only challenge was that my springform pan wanted to float in the water bath - I ended up using some pie weights between the pan and the foil wrapping to weight it down.
