    I altered the recipe a tad and combined it with my Weight Watchers In No Time Cookbook recipe. The latter one includes grated ginger root in the salmon sauce and includes an arugula greens base tossed in soy sauce, sesame oil, & ginger dressing. The sesame salmon strips are served on top. Great lighter dinner meal. Went well with jasmine rice on the side. Very flavorful.
