Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Too sweet, which brought down the intensity of the good quality cocoa I used. Also, cookies didn't spread I suspect because I chopped both the hazelnuts and walnuts. I would supplement some more cocoa for some sugar next time, and maybe add a little vanilla and a bit of espresso to boost the chocolate flavor. I think there are better recipes out there for this kind of cookie.
