    Made these with unsalted peanuts and cardamom. Really good combination. Never had shortbread with peanuts before but it works really well. Reduced the sugar a little bit. Used my Nordic ware shortbread pan which fit perfectly for this recipe. Will definitely do again and experiment with different nuts and spices.
