    The family loves this soup. I like to use a 1 pound bag of dry navy beans, so I double the rest of the ingredients. This soup is versatile so I usually change the seasonings. I often add 2 bay leaves and a little thyme. I usually skip the sachet and clove. This works well in the instant pot. Presoaked beans are done in about 33 minutes.
