    I made this with venison picked off the bones from making stock. Despite using stringy boiled meat, the result was eye crossingly delicious. I was immediately required to provide the recipe to one foodie, and two jars of it to another. I used 2 teaspoons of kosher salt and 2 of her enhanced version of Quatre Spices.
